- Walnut rim and heel caps
- Single coordinator rod
- Waverly tailpiece stamped "PATENT APPLIED FOR"
- Ebonized pearwood headstock overlay
- Friction tuners with black buttons (one is replaced)
- Label from rim has been taped to back of headstock
- Label reads "PATENT APPLIED FOR / STROMBERG-VOISINET CO. / CHICAGO, ILL"
- Built in the U.S.A.
- With oversized period hard shell case (gold lining)
