Designed by Charles Starr Ogsbury and hand-built at Starr Banjos in Gold Hill, Colorado. This Limited Edition 11" openback is built around a multi-ply curly maple Starr Tone-Rim, rather than a conventional tone ring. The hand-carved curly maple neck features a side-edge frailing thumb scoop, abalone headstock star and fingerboard dot inlays. Equipped with aged brass hardware, from the planetary tuners to the tailpiece and engraved armrest. Comes with a gigbag. Made in USA.
