    We believe this to be a seldom seen, very early US made 5-string model by NS Design. The US5 upright electric bass is an innovative design made with a carbon and maple laminate body, ebony fingerboard.  It has bi-directional Polar Piezo pickups designed for pizz or arco playing with a selector switch for both or either orientation. Also equipped with EMG magnetic pickups, and has blending and tone controls. The neck is designed with a center thumb-channel for playing ergonomics. Comes with metal tripod stand, and gigbag. Made in USA. On consignment.
