Northfield Workshops' Big Mon mandolins feature larger bodies and f-holes for more mids, more bass, and increased volume with less effort. This is the Limited version, featuring an Engelmann spruce top and "Stash" level highly figured maple back, sides, and neck. It sports a premium hand-rubbed spirit varnish finish with a very thin lacquer topcoat for protection and a violin varnish neck. Other notable details include a nickel plated Gilchrist tailpiece, deluxe Gotoh tuners, and a 1-1/8" nut width.
