    Hand-carved sweetwood neck with 3 long strings, one short drone. Graceful S-shaped peghead with handcarved tuning pegs.  Scale length is approximately 26"  Gourd body, approx 10" diameter and 7" deep with soundhole on side.  Skin head (approx 8-1/2" diameter) is glued and tacked in place.  Handcarved wooden talipiece and bridge. Nylgut strings.  Hand crafted by Jeff Menzies.
