• New Modern Deluxe Series Model for 2022

    The Martin D-42 Modern Deluxe brings 42 styling to the Modern Deluxe.  Built of East Indian rosewood with a Sitka spruce VTS (torrefied) top, and flamed maple binding, it has the traditional abalone top border, plus a torch peghead inlay in abalone bordered with white pearl. Fingerboard & bridge snowflakes are also abalone bordered with pearl. Modern features include a titanium truss rod, Liquid metal bridge pins with avbalone dots, and a carbon fiber bridgeplate that boosts volume without adding weight. The new neck shape is designed for maximum hand comfort up and down the fretboard.
