The Martin D-16E Mahogany offers a dreadnought body shape with 000 depth for playing and performing comfort (just 4-1/8" deep vs the standard dreadnought depth of 4-7/8"). Built with all solid woods, it has appealing appointments including a herringbone rosette. The Fishman Matrix VT Enhance pickup system blends signals from two transducers (undersaddle and bridge plate) for broad tonal response. Controls are mounted at the soundhole for easy access, and the 1/4" output jack and battery box are located at the endpin.
