The Martin D-16E Mahogany offers a dreadnought shape body with 000 depth for playing and performing comfort (just 4-1/8" deep vs the standard dreadnought depth of 4-7/8"). It’s biult with a solid Sitka spruce top, solid Mahogany back and sides, and a 14-fret select hardwood neck. Nice appointments include a bold herringbone soundhole rosette, tortoise plastic pickguard and body binding, and nickel open gear tuners. The Fishman Matrix VT Enhance pickup system blends signals from two transducers (undersaddle and bridge plate) for broad tonal response. The controls are mounted at the soundhole for easy access, and the 1/4" output jack and easy-access battery box are located at the endpin.   More Details...
