A German made Strad label violin. Fine workmanship from Markneukirchen, Germany. Flamed maple sides and 2-piece flamed maple back.  Full sound, fairly rich and loud. Recently re-furbished by Ed McCopin. With rough period hardshell case.

Condition Notes: Back button repair including shim to raise neck angle. Fingerboard planed, varnish retouched. Back center seam opeining reglued and cleated on inside. Newer bridge and sound post installed, set up by Ed McCopin.
