Join award-winning Wisconsin Uke Master Lil Rev for a fun and informative evening of ukulele studies! We'll be doing a deep dive into the fascinating world of chord progressions including how to recognize them, what to add to them, how to write songs with common sequences, how to listen for them in pop music and how to transpose them among many other great strum-hand additions. This class is open to all levels, all you need to know is some basic chords. Learn to recognize common chord cycles, how to transpose keys to better suit your voice, ear training, many fun strum-hand techniques, improve your rhythm and even how to do parody songwriting. 

Lil Rev is the author of over 15 ukulele instruction book, he does 125 dates a year and is a much in-demand instructor on the festival circuit. Rev is often referred to  as the Johnny Appleseed of the American ukulele revival, having toured over a million miles teaching North America how to uke since he first began in the early 90's. 

No stranger to Elderly, Lil Rev began teaching and performing at Elderly back in the late 1990's and has been a big champion of the Elderly club for almost 3 decades now.
