Experience the Elderly Difference

Yes, there is a painting of a sailing "tall-ship" on the hide head. But that is just ornamentation to the coolness of these four strings. Built in Kalamazoo, the TB-1 represents Gibson's early approach at resonator-style banjos featuring a hinged trapdoor plate for the resonator. Built on a 10-1/2" maple rim with a multi-hole tone ring on ball bearings and dual coordinator rods. It has a maple neck with ebony fingerboard with extension. Pearl dot position markers and "The Gibson" logo inlay. Peghead has a paddle shape and comes to a center point and has "Arrowhead" plate tuners. Shaded maple finish on neck. Original GiebĀ  hardshell case. Made in USA. On consignment.
