Well-known luthier Bob Flesher built this reproduction minstrel-style banjo. It was based on 1860s prototypes. The 'Andersonville' model was featured in the movie of the same name, those were crafted by Bob for the production. This banjo features a 5/16" ash rim, a figured maple neck and dowel stick in an amber toned finish. Equipped with brass hardware, along with ebony friction pegs, nut, and tailpiece and a 12" hide head. NO CASE. Made in USA.
