An Alvarez-Yairi, from Kazuo's second decade on the job. This fine classical guitar is made from a solid cedar top and rosewood back and sides. Fitted with a mahogany neck, and ebony fingerboard, and rosewood bridge. Wood marquetry inlay includes crosses and squares rosette, back-center strip, peghead overlay strip, and tie block overlay. Side binding includes 2-layer alternating marquetry. Equipped with gold Lyra-style 3-on-a-plate tuning machines. Hardshell case included. Made in Japan.

- Gold engraved 3-on-a-plate tuners with pearloid buttons
- 664mm scale, 52mm nut, 58mm string spacing at saddle
- Interior label reads "Alvarez / By KAZOU YAIRI"
- "508097" stamped on Spanish heel
- Small amount of liquid stains inside on back of guitar (from a humifier probably)
- 14-5/8" lower bout, 4-3/16" body depth at end block
- Hardshell case included (black lining)
