This excellent octave mandolin is built with a spruce top and X-bracing, a grande bouche-style soundhole, herringbone top purfling and rosette, and multi-colored back purfling with center marquetry strip. Constructed with Indian rosewood back and sides, mahogany neck, and ebony fingerboard and bridge. Equipped with gold Gotoh tuning machines and an L.R. Baggs pickup system installed. Thermoplastic case included (black lining). Made in England. On consignment.
