For all orders that don't qualify for our current free shipping offer, we must charge you for shipping, handling, and insurance. Any references to "shipping charge" or "shipping & handling" that you see online or hear during a phone order include the shipping, handling (including packing materials), and insurance.

Insurance for Orders over $300: Shipping charges include an insurance surcharge of $1 per each $100 of value over $300.

US Postal Service.

    Depending on the shipping destination and the items in your specific order, you may be able to choose from the following delivery services:


    Ground Shipping
    2nd Day
    Priority Overnight
    US Postal Service Priority Mail 

    Ground shipment orders are generally shipped within 1-2 business days, pending inventory availability and approval of payment.

    2nd Day (Air) and Priority Overnight orders placed before 1pm Eastern Time will be shipped the same day pending inventory availability and approval of payment.

    Air Shipments: For time-critical shipments, please phone (517) 372-7880 during normal business hours to verify shipping charges, stock availability, and delivery time.

    Shipping Charges: If you use our Shopping Cart, it will display the available shipping options, each with a specific charge for shipping, handling, and insurance. Many orders qualify for Free Shipping. If your order qualifies for free shipping, a "Free Ground Shipping" option will be included. To view our current free shipping offer, please click here.

    C.O.D. Orders: Please call (517) 372-7880 for Collect On Delivery orders. The cost is an additional $10.00 over and above any other shipping charges. Sorry, we cannot ship C.O.D. orders to first-time customers.
