Placing and Picking Up Curbside Orders

Call 517-372-7890 to arrange a curbside pickup order. This is to ensure we have your items in stock. Online orders placed for pickup will be available the following day.

All orders can be picked up between 4:30 pm to 7:00 pm ET Monday - Friday and 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Saturdays.

All same day pick up orders must be placed by 2:00 pm ET

 

When you arrive, call 517-334-5811  and provide the following:

    1. Your name (or name of person picking up the order)
    2. Order number
    3. License plate or make and model of your car.

 

We will bring your merch to you - please do not leave your vehicle.

If an order is not picked up, it will wait for the next day's pickup time.

How to Arrange for Instrument Repair

Call 517-999-9830 to discuss your needs with a repair person. Please do not arrive outside of scheduled appointments.

Repair hours:
11:00am - 7:00pm Monday - Friday ET
10:00am - 6:00pm Saturday ET

Information we ask you to have ready to discuss

  • Make / Model / Year
  • Work you’d like done [Repair / Appraisal]
  • Date and time you will be dropping off/picking up your instrument

 

PRIOR TO DROP OFF

We will ask you to write down (legible print) your information (one sheet per instrument)

  • Name
  • Phone Number(s) and email address
  • Physical address (mailing)
  • Brand, model and serial number (if known) of instrument
  • Total number of instruments you’re leaving with us

Place written info inside the case (or slide between strings if you do not have a case).

For multiple instruments, please be sure to include customer information in each instrument. (ie 4 instruments, 4 information sheets)

12:00pm - 6:00pm Monday - Friday ET
12:00pm - 5:00pm Saturday ET

  • Work you’d like done [Repair / Appraisal]

How to drop off instrument(s) for Repair / Appraisal

Go to our parking area behind the store: 1100 N. Washington, Ave. Lansing, MI 48906

There is a marked door to the far left on our loading dock for Repair/Appraisal pick up and drop off.

Call 517-999-9830 and let us know you’re here.

An Elderly Instruments Employee will come and meet you and take your instrument at the door. We will verify instruments at this time.

Please be sure that your customer information is inside your case or attached to your instrument prior to hand-off.

Do Not Expect Same Day Service For Any Instrument Repair/Appraisal

All incoming instruments will be placed on a 3 day hold before they begin to be processed.

We will email you an estimate once we’ve looked over the instruments.

 

How to pick up instrument(s) from Repair / Appraisal

Now that our showroom is open, Curbside Pickup is no longer available for Repair and Appraisal.
