Waterloo WL-K Acoustic Guitar & Case

$2,800
sku: WLK
Weighing in at under three pounds, the featherweight WL-K is a 12-fret guitar built with maximum responsiveness in mind. Inspired by the elusive instruments manufactured under the sub-brand Kel Kroydon around 1930, the WL-K is delicately built using lightweight materials and supported by thinly carved braces. When paired with a minimal lacquer finish, the resulting tone is dry and transparent with just the right level of complexity in the overtones. It’s built with a solid spruce top, solid mahogany back and sides, and a 12-fret neck with carbon fiber T-bar reinforcement.

Smaller body size (14-3/4" lower bout -- same as the Collings C10), solid spruce top, solid mahogany back and sides, 12-fret neck joint, vintage-style shaded top, non-grained ivoroid top binding, b/w/b purfling rosette, ebony bridge pins, Golden Age Restoration tuners, x-braced, no pickguard, semi-gloss nitrocellulose lacquer finish, solid mahogany neck, Indian rosewood fretboard with acrylic dot inlay, ebony bridge with 2-3/8" spacing, bone drop-in saddle, 1-3/4" ebony nut, T-bar neck, stenciled vertical Waterloo logo, 24-7/8" scale length, hardshell case included. Made in Austin, Texas.
