This Vega Whyte Laydie Style R tenor banjo has a 11-13/16" maple rim with a Whyte Laydie tone ring and tortoise plastic binding. The two-piece maple neck has a bound ebony fingerboard with pearl dot and star inlays. The original maple resonator has no flanges. This banjo needs work to get back into playing shape (sold AS-IS, see Details section below), but it would also be an excellent candidate for 5-string conversion. Overall it is in excellent condition.
