A loud mandolin from the 1920s that will cut through the mix, this Vega Style X Tubaphone Banjo-Mandolin has a maple rim and Tubaphone tone ring, with a pie section resonator and individual flanges. The rim cap has fancy marquetry and tortoise plastic binding on the inner and outer edges. Fancy inlays and the headstock “cut out” add to the visual appeal.
