Joachin Rodrigo composed works in virtually every genre, much of it for solo voices or instruments. Although his works for and with guitar are among the most recognized and performed, most players focus on only two or three titles. Rodrigo's works for solo guitar span nearly his entire career, extending from his Sarabanda lejana in 1926 to Dos pequeqas fantasias in 1987.
