Here's an interesting conversion that was mad by Leonard Coulson at Providence Guitar & Banjo in Rhode Island in 1970. It has a nicely made 2-piece walnut neck with 3-piece center strip and fiddle headstock, and a rim that appears to be a 1920s TB-4? rim with an added 1950s-style archtop tone ring. Hardshell case included. A well put together conversion banjo, this instrument is in very good-plus condition.
