Martin Konter "North Pole" Soprano Ukulele (2018)
$1,449
sku: 180U-205158
This intriguing soprano ukulele is inspired by the Martin uke that traveled to the North Pole with "Ukulele Dick" (Richard Konter) and Admiral Richard Byrd's 1926 expedition. The all solid koa body is laser-engraved with signatures Konter collected from the expedition members and dignitaries including President Calvin Coolidge, Secretary of the Navy Teddy Roosevelt Jr., and Amelia Earhart. The Pegheds tuners look like violin pegs, but they’re geared inside for smooth tuning. The inside label is a replica of the original. This ukulele is in excellent condition. More Details...
