    An impressive instrument from the early 19th century, this Gibson TB-Granada tenor banjo is equipped with fancy gold-plated hardware, including engraved tension hoop, armrest, and 2-piece flange. The double bound maple resonator has been nicely refinished and features wood marquetry purfling around the edges and in 2 concentric rings on the back. The flame maple neck has a bound 19-fret Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with pearl hearts & flowers pattern inlays. This instrument needs work to fix the neck angle, or it would make a good candidate for conversion to a 5-string. It is sold AS-IS (see Details section below), but overall it’s in very good-excellent condition.

  • Fiddle-cut headstock with fancy pearl inlays including the words "Gibson MASTERTONE"
