Made in Vienna by German trained maker Franz Emanuel Werner, two piece back of faint narrow curl, red-orange varnish with an overcoat of clear varnish that may have been applied at Moennig's in Philadelphia, grafted scroll, bushed peg holes, ebony heel cap on back button, fancy fluted ebony fittings, Dominant strings, has a rich resonant tone with good depth on the low end, G-VGC, with older shaped case and photo copy of 1957 bill of sale from Moennig's in Philly
