The top is laminated walnut with a beautiful grain that highlights Flight's hand-drawn Salamander design around the soundhole.

Thanks to a wider arched ABS back this uke has more volume in the middle range than the average soprano, while also resonating better and sounding brighter. And plastic isn't affected by humidity changes, so you'll never have to worry about sharp fret ends, bent necks, or changing action. It features a zero fret paired with unique bridge construction to keep the string action low and intonation on point, and geared tuners help it to stay in tune.
