SET-OF-3 BLACK PICKUPS - Each pickup offers two distinct voicings that are switchable, adding a new level of versatility to your guitar. Choose a classic 50's vintage single-coil sound or a beefy overwound Texas Strat sound. The heart of these pickups is the Fluence Core, which utilizes Alnico IV rod magnets and two 48-layer boards with each interconnected layer packing printed mini-coils. There is a spacer between the two boards. The signal is free of hum, noise and inductance issues. The pickups are active and can be powered by a standard 9-volt battery or by an optional special rechargeable Li-ion battery pack that simply replaces the existing back cover on the guitar. The Li-ion pack recharges with a USB cable. Size-wise, these pickups are direct replacements for typically sized single-coil pickups, making installation very simple. Additionally the set includes 3-pots (one push-pull), wiring, capacitor and jack.
