  • Expanding Your Repertoire: Rare Honky Tonk Tunes.  E.V. Sheldon will teach participants how to sing and/or play 2-3 obscure Honky Tonk songs that have been buried by the sands of time.  Join E.V. in blowing the dust off of these old songs, and adding them to your repertoire so they can live again!  Although this will be primarily a vocal workshop, participants are welcome to bring their instruments and play along.

E.V. Sheldon is the former lead singer for the "Hillbilly Riot" stringband, The Wilders.  E.V. and The Wilders spent most of the early 2000s touring the US, the UK and Europe, spreading their uniquely American country, Honky Tonk and folk sound to rave reviews.  In the years since, E.V. has learned to love the art of the solo set, and the joy of entertaining audiences with a mix of Classic Country styles, Old-Time tunes, their own award-winning songs, and the occasional old banjo tune.
