Named after the well-loved Walnut Valley Festival in Winfield, Kansas, the Collings Winfield is a modified dreadnought with features commonly requested by flatpickers, including a large soundhole and scalloped braces. It has an Adirondack spruce top, mahogany back and sides, and a 14-fret mahogany neck. Other appointments include a Dalmatian tortoise plastic pickguard, an ebony bridge with a long compensated saddle, and Waverly open gear tuners.
