A top grade mandolin from Australia's Steve Gilchrist, this F-5 style instrument has a carved spruce top with tone bar bracing and Gilchrist's trademark S-shaped soundholes. The sides, 2-piece back, and neck are made from highly flamed maple. The ivoroid-bound radiused ebony fingerboard had pearl dot inlays.
