Made in Elderly Instruments' own hometown of Lansing, Michigan, Konechny's #4 violin made in 1929, label states that he had been in business since 1911 and also shows his photo, one piece back of birdseye maple, reddish varnish, ebony fittings with a Wittner tailpiece, Helicore strings, medium-bright fiddle tone, VGC, with nice oblong HSC
