VG-EC, faded sunburst maple neck and tortoise plastic-bound pie-section resonator (prism contact paper applied to inside of resonator), ~11" skin head, 1/2" maple rim, tubaphone tone ring, 28 brackets and individual flanges (some nuts and hooks changed), 19-fret ivoroid-bound ebony fingerboard (refretted with large guitar frets, cracks in binding at nearly every fret, inked-on side dots) with pearl dot inlays, star inlay at fifth fret and scroll inlay at first fret, 1-5/32" nut width, new bone nut, ~23-1/8" scale length, bent Vega armrest, "VEGAPHONE - PROFESSIONAL" engraved Presto tailpiece, "VEGA" torch inlay on headstock, "GROVER PAT" geared tuners with ivoroid buttons, with replacement HSC (red lining) (SN:73849)
