KALAMAZOO KEH-R ORIOLE LAP STEEL GUITAR (1940): EC, brown crinkle finish, guitar shaped mahogany body, Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with painted fret lines and position markers, 2-1/16" nut width, 22-1/2" scale, brown crinkle finished five-sided control plate surrounds cream crinkle finished single coil pickup and black octagonal bakelite knobs, headstock tapers to a point with silkscreened "KALAMAZOO / Oriole" logo, 3-on-a-plate tuners with black plastic buttons, made by Gibson, appears to be all original with the possible exception of the fret numbers stamped into the fretboard, very much like the "MASTERTONE SPECIAL MEHG," very cool, with OSSC (purple lining) (SN:F1011)
