G.A. PFRETZSCHNER: G-VCG, German, circa 1920-30's, Gagliano model, two piece back of handsome medium curl ascending from the centerline, antiqued red-brown varnish, nice deep rich tone, has a couple of well repaired top cracks that go across the grain and the center seam on the back has been reglued and cleated on the inside, with good oblong HSC and two bows, one is a cheapo the other a decent nickel mounted bow that could use a rehair, on consignment - price reduced (SN:1927)
