GIBSON F-5 FERN (1927): EC-, another really rare post-Loar prewar F-5 in great shape with super sound! Dot inlays, triple top-bound body, headstock and tortoise plastic pickguard, pearl fern and "The Gibson" inlays in headstock, gold hardware, reverse tuners with pearl buttons and arrowhead plates, "The Gibson" tailpiece cover (plating worn), adjustable ebony bridge with replacement bridge top (original broken top included), pearl nut, sunburst finish, flamed maple neck and body, parallel-braced carved spruce top, Master Model label, on consignment, from the family of the original owner, with green-lined oblong OHSC (worn but still solid, replacement handle) (SN:84686 FON 9334)
