GIBSON A-4 (1922): EC-, red sunburst carved spruce top with oval soundhole, dark-stained sides and carved back, mahogany neck with paddle peghead, 24-fret fingerboard with pearl dot inlays, 1-7/32" nut width, ~13-7/8" scale length, adjustable truss rod, ivoroid-bound body, soundhole and fingerboard, abalone fleur-de-lis and pearl "The Gibson" headstock inlays, 4-on-a-plate open-gear tuners with ivoroid buttons, a fine Loar period example, with shaped OHSC (green lining) (SN:71237)
