GIBSON L-4 (1929): VG-EC, professionally repaired top and back cracks, finish worn from back of neck, was refretted at some point, sunburst finished spruce top with round soundhole, dark stained maple back and sides, 14 fret mahogany neck, 19 fret Brazilian rosewood fingerboard with dot inlays, replacement ebony bridge, trapeze tailpiece reads "PATENTED JULY 10, 1910", ivoroid bound tortoise plastic pickguard, w-b-w-b-w-b-w inlaid soundhole rosette, ivoroid-bound body, replacement Grover open-gear tuners with butterbean buttons, pearl script "Gibson" logo straight across, 16" lower bout, ~3-3/8" body depth, ~24-3/4" scale, 1-3/4" nut width, brown Gibson / Montana HSC (purple lining) (SN:89840)
