hot platter! HEART'S DELIGHT: Finest Kind's second album is much like their debut, "Lost in a Song"; given that the first one remains one of our very favorite CDs, that's high praise. The trio's lush vocal harmonies remain their trademark, and they continue to favor "the old songs (and new ones that sound old)." There are several traditional British songs here, but also songs from Hank Williams, the Delmore Brothers, Milton Brown, and the Sacred Harp. This is a group whose taste in choosing material is only exceeded by their skill at singing it.
