This long-awaited CD sets the record straight, collecting for the first time his incredible legacy of Depression-era old-time music, including clawhammer banjo solos, guitar and harmonica duets with Gwen Foster, sides with the Carolina Tarheels, and recordings with Byrd Moore and His Hot Shots -- all collected from 78's, with great notes by historian Joe Wilson.
