STELLING STAGHORN WITH OLD WOOD RIM & CASE: New rim built of kiln-dried old wood dredged from the "Lost Forest" in the depths of Lake Superior and turned into a superior tone machine by Tony Pass. Figured claro walnut neck and resonator, Stelling patented tone ring, nickel hardware. Abalone purfling on side of resonator (upper and lower edge), along side of neck and around heel. Unique inlay pattern in ebony fretboard. Carved maple staghorns on back of resonator. Stelling archtop hardshell case. Railroad spikes installed at frets 7,8,9, & 10.
