GOLD TONE BC-350 BOB CARLIN OPENBACK BANJO
Respected player and teacher Bob Carlin has teamed up with Gold Tone to offer this very cool and affordable Old Time banjo. Fretboard is slightly wider (1 3/8" at nut) for left hand comfort and is scooped above the rim for easy playing over the neck. 12" pot with Renaissance head and the array of cosmetic features make this one unique. AND it sounds great. - Maple neck attaches with rim rod (inside dowel stick for traditional look), ebony fretboard and peghead overlay, 12" laminated maple rim with rosewood cap, brass hoop tone ring, notched tension hoop with 26 brackets, Remo Renaissance head, no-knot tailpiece, armrest, truss rod adjusts from peghead, pearl star in peghead, dots and star inlaid on fretboard, ~26 1/4" scale.
