GOLD TONE 1-SS WEISSENBORN STYLE 3 MAHOGANY & SPRUCE GUITAR

Acoustic lap steel guitar. Back & sides of solid mahogany, solid spruce top with sunburst finish, black body & neck binding with "rope" top trim and rosette ring, fret lines inlaid in fingerboard, pearl position markers, gold vintage replica gears, satin finish. Hollow neck extends body cavity for unique tone. Originally designed in the 1920s for Hawaiian guitar styles, it has found its way into blues, pop and other music. Scale length is about 24 3/4".
