The only difference between this guitar and the more expensive production model are cosmetic: the binding, rosette and headstock veneer. The Custom Artist series generates its huge sound and balanced tone by utilizing the body design concepts and techniques of Miguel Rodriguez. Most notable is the deep body size, complemented by a five fan spruce bracing system with a treble enhancer for big rich basses, crystal clear trebles, and powerful volume and projection. A premium grade quarter sawn, hand picked and aged European spruce top gives a quick string response with great sustain up and down the neck. All solid woods: European spruce top, pau ferro back & sides, ebony fingerboard, Spanish cedar neck with ebony reinforcement, 650 mm scale, 52 mm nut width. Made in Spain. Includes a thermoplastic Cordoba case.
