COLLINGS MF-5 F-MODEL MANDOLIN & CASE, VARNISH FINISH: Collings' version of the classic F-model - Solid carved flame maple back & rims, solid carved Adirondack spruce top with tone bar bracing, ivoroid binding with side purfling, radiused ebony fretboard (1-1/8" nut), pearl dot markers, ebony peghead overlay with pearl logo and fancy inlay, gold Schaller gears with ivoroid buttons, sunburst hand rubbed varnish finish. Shaped hardshell case. Beautiful wood, workmanship, & sound.
