~22-1/2" scale, solid mahogany back and rims, solid spruce, cedar or fir top, flat top & back, coordinating top binding, rosette, and peghead overlay with abalone P inlaid, fretboard has side dots only, individual enclosed chrome gears, brushed chrome tailpiece. Handcrafted in the USA by W.A. Petersen. Cosmetic appointments vary. Petersen enjoys unusual wood grain patterns and putting together pleasing combinations of tone woods and trim woods. Trim on LEVEL 1 instruments is simple. LEVEL 2, 3 & 4 instruments have prettier woods and fancier trim.
