New, but shopworn (some very tiny finish cracks next to treble side bridge wing), based on a 1932 Selmer / Maccaferri gypsy jazz guitar, solid spruce top tinted w/ Cremona orange stain, gloss finish, laminated rosewood back & sides, 14-fret body w/ soft-horizontal cutaway, oval soundhole, moustache bridge, multi-layer wood body binding & rosette, bound mahogany neck (~1-3/4" @ nut) w/ dot-inlaid 21-fret ebony fingerboard, slotted peghead, trapeze tailpiece, adjustable truss rod, imported from the Far East, decently done.
