Special July 2007 Limited Edition, only 19 will be made. Rare & beautiful tone woods make this an extra-special D-42 - D-size body of Cambodian rosewood, premium Adirondack spruce top with scalloped braces and forward-shifted X-brace, ivoroid binding, abalone top trim and soundhole rosette, ebony bridge with drop-in long saddle, Delmar tortoise pickguard, maple and fiber black/white side & back inlays. Modified V-shape mahogany neck, bound peghead with 45-style Martin block letter logo, gold Martin vintage style tuning gears, bound ebony fretboard (25.4" scale, 1 3/4" nut) with 42-style snowflake pearl position inlays. Full gloss finish, aging toner on top, bone nut & saddle, special Slate Grey Geib style case. Inside label is signed by C.F. Martin IV and numbered in sequence with total.
