BOGDON 3-STRING DELUXE CARDBOARD BOX BASS KIT: This innovative and completely unique bass must be seen and played to fully appreciate!! Constructed of what would normally be considered "unconventional" materials, this "deluxe" (color graphics) 3-string (includes E,A,D,G -- use your preferred 3 of 4 strings) cardboard bass can be played acoustically or plugged-in (yes, there is a custom piezo pickup installed inside the box)! With common household trim molding as a bridge, a finishing nail as a nut, a piece of wood as a neck, screws as the "saddles" and string guides, "Bogdon Whacker" strings, and nuts and bolts as the tuning machines, about the only traditional piece of hardware is the 1/4" input jack. The sound and tone of this bass surpasses and surprises the expectations of the most skeptical people that encounter it!! This is the "kit" version, which requires full assembly with basic tools being needed.
