GETTING INTO JAZZ MANDOLIN by Ted Eschliman: Book/CD set. Any mandolinist aspiring to a broader comprehension of music, including swing, blues, pop, choro, broadway, and even classical can expand his/her playing through a working knowledge of jazz fundamentals.
